You don't have to do this alone

Evidence-based therapy for adolescents, adults and families in Los Gatos and across California.

Welcome

We are a mental health practice dedicated to providing effective, evidence-based treatment to adolescents, adults and families across California. Our clinicians work regularly with panic attacks, depression, anxiety, overachievement fatigue and ADHD.

You don't have to keep struggling on your own. Whether the sticking point is anxiety, depression, trauma, a difficult life transition or perfectionism, patterns can change, and the skills that change them can be learned.

Counseling for anxiety, stress and perfectionism

Counseling for anxiety, stress and perfectionism

When the to-do list never ends and your mind won't switch off after work, exhaustion builds quietly until it turns into burnout. Therapy gives you practical coping skills, better sleep habits and healthier ways to hold high standards without paying for them with your wellbeing.

Counseling for trauma

Putting words to painful memories can feel impossible. We move at your pace, using approaches that help you process what happened safely so the past stops steering the present and you regain a sense of control.

Counseling for depression

When motivation disappears and the things you loved feel flat, everyday life turns grey. Together we rebuild connection, momentum and moments of genuine enjoyment, using tools you can keep leaning on long after therapy ends.

Counseling for phobias and panic attacks

A racing heart, tight chest and the certainty that something is very wrong — panic is frightening and draining, and it quietly shrinks your world. You can learn to recognise the early signals and calm your body before panic takes over.

Self-criticism can be the loudest voice in the room, chipping away at the confidence you need to meet people or keep friendships going. In a safe space you can practise social skills, challenge harsh self-talk and build real self-compassion.

Executive functioning and social navigation take real effort, and you are far from alone in finding them hard. Research-backed strategies for organisation, focus and follow-through can make daily life feel far less like uphill work.

It is never too late

No two people are the same, so treatment is shaped around your particular strengths and goals. After an initial assessment we design a plan together, which might include individual therapy, group therapy, executive function tutoring or family sessions.
